Definition
Route fill is the practice of booking new jobs into the gaps near work you already have scheduled, so each truck-roll covers more revenue.
When a customer books, the most profitable next job is often the one next door on a day you are already in that area. Route fill means steering new bookings and rebooks toward existing clusters instead of letting them scatter across the map and the calendar.
WashRoute Pro’s current RouteFill sorts mapped jobs from accepted quotes whose customers explicitly chose flexible timing by straight-line distance from a scheduled anchor and limits selections to 15 miles. It does not surface past customers or door-hanger streets, optimize the road route, contact customers, or confirm an exact appointment automatically; the owner selects the work, proposes a time, and confirms it with the customer.
