6. Prohibited high-risk use
The Service is not designed to make autonomous decisions about employment, credit, insurance, housing, legal rights, medical care, emergency response, or other high-impact eligibility. Do not repurpose customer or crew data for those decisions without a separate product review and legally sufficient process.
7. Enforcement
We may investigate credible reports, preserve relevant evidence, limit a feature, remove content, suspend an account, or report activity when reasonably necessary to protect people, property, the Service, or legal compliance. When practical, we provide notice and an opportunity to correct a violation. Serious, repeated, fraudulent, or dangerous conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination.
8. Reporting a concern
Report suspected abuse through our Contact page. Use its private Security option for vulnerabilities; do not expose customer data or publicly disclose an unremediated issue.
