SMS and Text Messaging Terms
These terms explain text messages sent by WashRoute Pro and by cleaning businesses using the platform, including consent, message frequency, charges, STOP, HELP, and sender responsibility.
Operational texts about a quote or booked job are separate from optional marketing. A cleaning business may not turn approval, payment, or service consent into hidden marketing consent.
1. Who sends messages
WashRoute Pro can send account, trial, security, billing, and support texts. Cleaning businesses may separately use the Service to send their customers quote, booking, job, payment, review, referral, rebooking, or promotional texts. The message should identify the relevant sender.
When a cleaning business directs a message, that business is the sender and is responsible for its service relationship, campaign, recipient list, consent, content, timing, and legal compliance. WashRoute Pro provides the delivery software and opt-out controls.
2. Consent
By affirmatively opting into a stated text program, you authorize automated or manual texts at the number you provide for the purposes disclosed with the opt-in. Consent is not a condition of buying goods or services when the message is marketing.
Operational consent for a specific quote, booking, payment, or active service does not by itself authorize unrelated marketing. Senders must keep those purposes separate and maintain appropriate evidence of consent.
3. Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your requests, account activity, scheduled work, and the program you joined. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers determine those charges, and neither the cleaning business nor WashRoute Pro controls them.
4. STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to a supported message thread to revoke consent for future marketing texts from that sender. Similar standard opt-out words may also be recognized. You may receive one confirmation text. Allow a reasonable processing period. A sender may still send a message required for safety, security, or a transaction when law permits and the message is not marketing.
Reply HELP for available program help. On a supported configured thread, the messaging provider returns a help response directing you to the cleaning business named in the message or washroutepro.com/contact; the Service records preparation of that response but does not claim carrier delivery. You can also contact either party directly. If STOP is not processed, use our Contact page and include the sending number and approximate date without sharing unnecessary private content.
5. Number ownership and changes
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number you provide or otherwise have authority to enroll it. Tell the sender before changing or transferring the number so messages are not sent to a new holder.
6. Delivery and carriers
Delivery is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers and messaging providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages to the extent their terms provide. Network, device, filtering, or provider conditions can affect delivery.
7. Privacy
We process phone numbers, message content, consent and opt-out evidence, delivery status, and related metadata as described in the Privacy Policy. A cleaning business also has its own privacy duties for messages it sends.
8. Duties of businesses using SMS
- Obtain and retain consent appropriate to each program and recipient.
- Clearly identify the sender, purpose, recurring-message terms, frequency, charges, STOP, HELP, and consent-not-required language where applicable.
- Honor opt-outs, do-not-contact requests, quiet hours, reassigned-number risks, and required suppression periods.
- Use approved templates and avoid deceptive, harassing, dangerous, or unlawful content.
- Do not upload purchased or scraped lists or send marketing based only on a service transaction.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these SMS Terms as programs, providers, or law changes. The version date above identifies the current terms. Questions may be submitted through our Contact page.
