Cookie Policy

1. What cookies and local storage are

Cookies are small text records a website asks a browser to store. Local and session storage are similar browser features. They can remember a session, a security choice, a language, or another preference. This policy uses “cookies” to cover these related technologies unless a distinction matters.

2. Strictly necessary use

These technologies are necessary to deliver or protect the Service. Blocking them may prevent login, saved preferences, or other core features from working.

• Authentication and signed session state.
• Security, rate limiting, request integrity, and fraud prevention.
• Selected language and essential interface preferences.
• Progress needed to complete a form, secure public-link flow, checkout return, or field workflow.
• Provider state required to deliver a feature the user requested.

3. Analytics and advertising

The current application code does not deploy third-party cross-site behavioral-advertising cookies. During a public-site visit, session storage keeps the first landing path and, when present, the referring site host and campaign labels supplied in the link. This short-lived record contains no email address or account identity, ends with the browser session, and may be recorded with a trial or lead so we can understand where the request came from.

If we enable nonessential analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this policy, identify the provider and purpose, and provide a preference control before deployment where law requires consent. Declining optional technologies will not block core account functions.

4. Third-party services

A provider-hosted checkout, map, video, support tool, or other embedded service may use its own browser storage when you choose that feature. Its policy governs storage set on its domain. We configure providers to minimize unnecessary tracking where practical.

5. Your choices

You can delete or block cookies in browser settings. You may need to sign in again, reset your language, or repeat part of a workflow. When an in-product cookie preference control is shown, use it to change optional categories without deleting necessary session storage.

The current Service does not use nonessential advertising cookies or cross-context behavioral advertising, so a browser privacy signal does not change any optional tracking setting today. If that behavior changes, signal handling and the matching preference control must ship before the optional technology is enabled.

6. Duration

Session storage generally ends when the session or browser context ends. Persistent preferences remain until their configured expiration, replacement, or deletion. Server-side security and audit records associated with a session follow the retention criteria in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We update this policy when browser technologies, providers, or purposes materially change. The effective and updated dates at the top identify the current version.
