Submit a privacy request

Before you submit

If a cleaning business added your information, include that business name. We may route the request to that business because it controls its relationship with you.

We may email the address provided to verify identity or account authority. Do not send a government ID unless we explain why it is needed and provide a secure method.

A deletion request is not marked complete until applicable effects are confirmed. We may anonymize data and retain required consent, opt-out, financial, security, audit, or legal-hold evidence; a provider or storage failure keeps the request open for retry.

The request is received only when this page shows a reference. Keep it so the case can be tracked.
