CleanCycle

Definition

CleanCycle is the recurring maintenance rhythm of rebooking customers on a set interval - yearly or seasonal - so growth stays clean and the business earns repeat revenue.

Algae and grime come back, so a house washed today will need it again, often within a year. CleanCycle is the discipline of tracking when that surface should be considered for another visit, turning one-time washes into a more predictable recurring book.

Recurring customers are usually cheaper to win again than new customers because the site and prior scope are known. In WashRoute Pro, CleanCycle tracks due surfaces and saves renewal-message drafts for owner review. It does not deliver the draft or rebook the customer automatically.
