Cancel without a runaround
The free trial needs no card, does not charge automatically, and ends on its own. For a paid plan, use account billing or send the request below.
How to cancel a paid plan
- Sign in as an owner or administrator.
- Open Settings, then Billing.
- Choose Cancel subscription, confirm the request, and review the access-end date shown.
- If the provider action is unavailable, submit this form. We save a reference for the team.
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Paid fees are generally nonrefundable unless law or the purchase terms say otherwise.
Include the business name and owner email. The cancellation request is received only when a reference appears. Never send full card details.
