Accessibility Statement
WashRoute Pro is designed toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA so owners, office staff, crews, customers, and representatives can complete important tasks across devices and input methods.
This is a current commitment and feedback path, not a claim that an independent auditor has certified every screen.
1. Our commitment
We want people with disabilities to be able to evaluate, buy, configure, and use the Service and to complete customer and field tasks without unnecessary barriers. Accessibility is part of product design, content, engineering, and ongoing maintenance.
2. Technical target
Our current target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We use that standard as practical design and engineering guidance. Conformance can vary by route, browser, assistive technology, connected provider, and newly released feature.
3. Product practices
- Semantic landmarks and logical heading structure.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, menus, and dialogs.
- Visible focus and focus restoration for layered interfaces.
- Persistent labels, clear instructions, and useful error messages.
- Text and control contrast intended to meet the target standard.
- Non-color status cues and accessible names for icon controls.
- Responsive reflow, text zoom, and large touch targets for field use.
- Reduced-motion support and limited motion in task-critical flows.
- English and Spanish language metadata and task copy where supported.
- Alternative text or decorative treatment for meaningful and decorative images.
4. Known limitations
Complex maps, third-party checkout, provider-hosted content, uploaded customer documents, and dense operational data may present limitations. We provide list or text alternatives where practical and work with providers or account owners when the inaccessible content is outside our direct control.
5. Accessibility feedback
Use the Accessibility option on our Contact page. Tell us the page or feature, what you were trying to do, the barrier, your browser or device, and any assistive technology you choose to identify. Do not send passwords, full payment details, or unnecessary sensitive information.
6. Alternative access
If a barrier prevents an important action, ask for a reasonable alternative method. We will work to provide the information or complete the task in an accessible way while we evaluate a product correction.
7. How we handle reports
We review the impact, affected task, number of users, available workaround, and engineering effort. We prioritize barriers that block authentication, trial signup, quotes, payment, scheduling, crew work, customer links, privacy, or cancellation. Response and remediation time depend on severity and complexity.
8. Updates
We update this statement when our accessibility target, contact method, known limitations, or material product practices change. The updated date above identifies the current statement.
