Proof Pin

Definition

A proof pin is a job-linked photo record of completed work, used to document quality and help settle scope or completion questions.

Job-linked photos help document what was present before service and what the crew completed. They can resolve scope questions and give a property manager the documentation an account requires.

WashRoute Pro requires configured proof uploads before completion and keeps them with the job. Completion-report and review records are created only through an authorized action; the product does not automatically pair images, redact them, publish them, or send a review request.

WashRoute Pro field guide team

We turn exterior-cleaning workflows into practical guides on pricing, routes, crews, before-and-after job records, and repeat work. We mark examples clearly and update material when the trade or the product changes.

Use customer-photo intake, review mapped RouteFill jobs whose customers chose flexible timing, run assigned CrewMode work, keep completion proof with the job, and save owner-reviewed CleanCycle renewal drafts.
