Build the numbers from how to price a pressure washing job. Inspect the first condition; it may be heavier, ordinary, contaminated beyond scope, or unsuitable. A recurring promise has no value until visits are accepted, completed, collected, and contribution-positive.
Density can lower allocated travel. It cannot make an unsafe, underpriced, or noncompliant process profitable.
Why does route density decide the margin?

What gear do I need to clean trash cans?

Let the customer choose. Recurring billing and automated messages require clear authorization, identification, timing, cancellation, opt-out, failure, refund, and data processes. Run a paid pilot before building a dedicated route
Choose a small set of representative stops that customers actually agree to buy; do not substitute free demonstrations for willingness-to-pay evidence. For each stop, record can count and type, condition, excluded contamination, access/readiness, travel, setup, handling, approved process, water, recovered waste, authorized destination, labor, payment, and customer outcome. Record failed and canceled stops too.
Reconcile three views:
- Per stop: collected revenue minus every incremental stop cost.

Write exception rules customers can follow
