Arrival

Confirm scope against the quote
Protect plants, fixtures, and fragile surfaces
BEFORE photos of every surface in scope (photo gate)

On the job

Use the right method/PSI for each surface
Note exceptions with a voice note (soft board, wasp nest, added scope)
Hold the owner's price floor - no on-site discounting

Closeout

AFTER photos of every surface (photo gate - cannot close without them)
Walk the customer or leave a completion note
Collect balance due / confirm payment
Trigger the review request

When proof is the gate on getting paid and going home, photos stop being the thing everyone forgets - and they become the raw material for reviews and the next nearby sale.
